Summer school: “Religion and Right-Wing Populism: Friends or Foes?”

From  21 to 25 June 2021 the “Religion and Politics” standing group of the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR) organizes the first edition, entirely online, of its summer school. The event will be focused this year on the theme “Religion and Right-Wing Populism: Friends or Foes?”.

The summer school, coordinated by Luca Ozzano (University of Turin), awards 3 ECTS credits and includes lectures from renowned international scholars:

  • Eva-Maria Euchner (University of Munich)
  • Alberta Giorgi (University of Bergamo)
  • Jeffrey Haynes (London Metropolitan University)
  • Luca Ozzano (University of Turin)
  • Massimo Prearo (University of Verona)
  • Kristina Stoeckl (University of Innsbruck)
  • Sultan Tepe (University of Illinois)

Registration is open to researchers, PhD students, MA students, and professionals interested in the relations between politics and religion in the contemporary world, and will be possible until 26 April. For more information, please visit:
