Research topics
My research sits at the intersection of law, science, and technology, examining how legal frameworks evolve alongside technological innovation. I am a member of the Italian Society for Science and Technology Studies (STS). With a background in comparative law, I am particularly interested in how different jurisdictions address similar regulatory challenges - and how we can learn from these diverse approaches to shape legal solutions.
I am also actively involved in several research and policy projects at EU and national level. Here are the links with titles for easy reference:
