Area and Global Studies for International Cooperation - AGIC

The African European Youth Conference (AEYC) will take place on 22 and 23 October 2022. It has as its theme "Designing an inclusive future for African and European youth" in the presence of high-level guests. The event is entirely organised by African, European and Diaspora youths to engage young people in international decision-making processes. At the end of the conference, the Joint Communiqué of Turin will be written, which will be sent to the European Union and African Union institutions concerning the topics of the six panels discussed and which will serve as a basis for the renewal and strengthening of the EU-AU partnership.

The event will be held over two days: 

- Saturday 22 October 2022 from 9.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. at the Aula Magna of the Campus Einaudi (CLE), Lungo Dora Siena, 100 A, 10153 Torino

- Sunday 23 October 2022 from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the Aula Teatrale del Cecchi Point, via Antonio Cecchi, 17, 10152 Torino 

Participation is free of charge and there is also the possibility to participate remotely, in English, Italian and French.
