The following services are provided to students:
Guidance: For future students who wish to continue their studies by enrolling at the University; for already-enrolled students who want information about the activities of the Department, about tutoring and job placement services and about the other offices of the School.
Tutoring: Follows the students throughout their university careers, helping them to overcome any difficulties in the course of their studies. The service offers aid and support activities for newly registered as well as for other students through different initiatives and activities.
Students Office: Deals with the student's administrative career (for a detailed list of services: see Secretariat services).
Teaching desk: Is dedicated to the management and organization of teaching activities (career plan, non-conventional activities, credit recognition, examination sessions, no-longer-active courses...)
Internationalization: International mobility opportunities for students and assistance for related practices.
Job Placement: Organizes traineeships to implement training and orientation activities in order to link academic study with learning through work.
Students can present themselves during office hours for information and queries.

The possibility of speaking with an operator from Monday to Friday exclusively during 9.30-11.30 hours is guaranteed. In the remaining time slots this option will not be available, but it will still be possible to receive some general information through the active mailbox.

Appointments are possible for activities that are listed on "Agenda CampusNet" only, such as:
a) certificates for abroad
b) certificates for private use
d) smart cards
e) other documents (i.e. secondary school leaving qualification)
f) delivering documents (i.e. libretto di tirocinio/internship timesheet, dissertation)
g) career services.

Help Desk system
Dedicated to students and postgraduates, which replaces the support provided by email from the student secretariat. The student secretariat, therefore, will no longer respond to the emails of the enrolled students (in-depth view).
Students can access the virtual counter services directly from home, by connecting with their SCU credentials to MyUniTO.
The self-certification service is active and can be reached via the following path:
1. access your MyUniTO (by logging in from the home page);
2. from the "Carriera" menu select "Certificazioni";
3. access to the printing of self-certification declarations of career data (in particular, enrollment / matriculation data with exams passed or degree with exams taken).

Based on a peer-to-peer relation, these students offer support to Unito outgoing students with administrative issues related to their mobility.

Buddy for international students
Based on a peer-to-peer relation, Buddy is an university student who will support international students on the most urgent issues on their arrival at Torino (housing, University, UniTO website, administrative procedures) and help them to go through the university life (filling career plan, getting advices about exams, courses, linguistic support, getting around the main University facilities and buildings).
